
Chelsey Brodt Rosenthal Returns to Whitecaps

A veteran member of the Minnesota Whitecaps organization is returning to play her role in the club's defense of the Isobel Cup. Defender Chelsey Brodt Rosenthal is back for her second season in the NWHL.
"My #1 fans are my family - especially my kids!" said Brodt Rosenthal. "They love cheering on the Whitecaps. I play the game because I love it and I can be a role model to other girls and boys."
The Roseville native, a former Minnesota Ms. Hockey finalist, had 4 assists in 16 games in the Whitecaps' inaugural season in 2018-19.
Brodt Rosenthal had an illustrious college career at the University of Minnesota from 2002 - 2006. In her time there, the Gophers advanced to four straight NCAA Frozen Fours and won two NCAA national championships. In 151 games, she recorded 43 points on seven goals and 36 assists. She was also a three-time WCHA All-Academic honoree.
