Change at Quarterback
April 5, 2018 - Champions Indoor Football (CIF)
Texas Revolution News Release
Sitting at 0-3, the defending champions need to turn things around - and fast. They have no better opportunity than Friday night, when the Revolution host the Wichita Force (1-3) who are third in the Southern Division and are well off the unbeaten Amarillo Venom and Duke City Gladiators. It's the only meeting between the two teams this regular season, so the Revs can own the head-to-head tiebreaker with a victory.
Texas has two new quarterbacks on the roster this week - one a familiar face. Lauren Morales signed this week. He's backed up Robert Kent and Chris Dixon the last two seasons. Expected to start is Tanner Marsh, who's resume includes the AFL's Cleveland Gladiators and three years with the CFL's Montreal Alouettes. Marsh is originally from Carrollton.
