Commissioner Roundtable
Commissioner David Baker will be participating in a roundtable interview with members of the New Orleans media at 4:30 p.m. CT to discuss the upcoming game and League issues.
Team Arrivals
The Philadelphia Soul and San Jose Sabercats will be arriving today in New Orleans. Philadelphia is scheduled to arrive at the InterContinental Hotel at approximately 4:15 p.m. CT and San Jose is scheduled to arrive at the New Orleans Marriott at approximately 8:45 p.m. CT. Both teams will be open for limited media availability and will be greeted by Second Line Bands who will be performing for the teams as they arrive. Media are welcome to attend.
ArenaBowl XXII Mobile Kid Zone
ArenaBowl XXII Mobile Kid Zone presented by POWERade will be held today from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. CT at the Wal-Mart parking lot in Hanrahan, LA. Featured activities include inflatable games, skills challenges, and autograph signings.
Children's Hospital Visit
Select coaches and players from both the Philadelphia Soul and San Jose SaberCats, along with Miss America 2008 KRISTEN HAGLUND, will visit the Children's Hospital of New Orleans, a Children's Miracle Network hospital, on Thursday, July 24 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. CT. Media are welcome to attend.
Looking Ahead
On Friday, July 25 all players and coaches will participate in ArenaBowl XXII Media Day on the field at New Orleans Arena. Later that night all players and coaches will be on hand for the ADT ArenaBall Awards Gala at the Louisiana Superdome.
The ArenaBowl XXII Kid Zone and Mitsubishi Motors ArenaBowl Extravaganza featuring Huey Lewis & the News will take place on Saturday, July 26. Media are welcome to attend.
