East Kentucky Miners signed G Josh Pace.

Minot Skyrockets signed G Tim Gray, F Darius Mattear and Kellen Miliner.

Rio Grande Valley Silverados traded the rights to G Ivan Jenkins to East Kentucky Miners for the rights to G Dwight Jones and a 2008 3rd Round Pick in the CBA Draft.
