Head Coach Tyrone Fittje and the Wyoming Cavalry are pleased to announce the hiring of Assistant Coach Ric Munroe. Cavalry Managing Partner Brian Fleisher says Coach Fittje found a gold mine in Ric Munroe. Ric brings an outstanding background in professional football experience to the Cavalry.
Coach Munroe played college ball at the University of Northern Colorado where he was a Full Back earning All American honors his Junior and Senior seasons. Ric's professional experience includes 4 seasons with the Denver Dynamite of Arena Football playing in two Arena Bowl Championships. After the Dynamite Munroe played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL from 1992 - 1997. He is currently a Defensive Coach for Niabrara High School in Yankton South Dakota
