Cats Open Camp in Two Weeks

HUNTSVILLE, AL – The countdown for the return of hockey to Huntsville has reached 14 days as the Channel Cats are scheduled to open training camp two weeks from today on October 15.

“This is an exciting part of the preseason,” Channel Cats head coach, John Gibson, said. We are trying to finalize the camp roster. We are at a decent number of players now, but we are looking to add more in the next two week.”

The Channel Cats open the season with a four-game road trip beginning on October 23 when they travel to Tupelo. They visit Knoxville on October 24, Winston-Salem on October 25 and Cape Fear on November 1 before opening the home season against Winston-Salem on November 8.

Season tickets are still available to all Channel Cats home games. A special 12-Pack on Ice is available where you can pick season tickets to any 12 games during the season. Also available is a 6-Pack Friday package where you get to season tickets to all six Friday Night games.
