Casper Rockies Looking For Host Families

Casper, WY - The Casper Rockies Professional Baseball Club announced today they are looking for families in the Casper area to volunteer to host Casper Rockies players for the 2007 season. "Hosting a ballplayer is a great way to get involved with all the action of Rockies baseball" said Seth Mathews the Director of Operations. Host families are needed from the middle of June through September 10th.
"The host family program shows how great of a community Casper really is", said Mathews. "This is the first time away from home for many of these kids and to be able to come to Casper and be treated with the hospitality that has been shown over the years is really something special. As a host family you get to take an active role in helping these young men achieve their goal of becoming a professional baseball player."
