
Casper Ghosts & Appaloosa Broadcasting Announce Partnership for 2009 Season

Casper- The Casper Ghosts are pleased to announce a new partnership with Appaloosa Broadcasting to provide internet streaming of all Ghosts home and away games for the 2009 season. "We are very excited about this new joint venture with Appaloosa Broadcasting" stated Ghosts General Manager Mike Sandler. "With this agreement we have found a partner that shares our vision for growth".
Appaloosa Broadcasting is best known locally for such popular radio stations as KTED 100.5 and 105.5 The Vibe.
Ghost's fans need only to turn on their computers to hear all 76 regular season games and the playoffs. Starting June 23rd 2009 fans can head to ghostbaseball.com or casperspurerock.com and click on the link to hear all games live.
Legendary announcer Tim Ray is back in the booth after a one year hiatus. Ray will be doing all home games from Mike Lansing Field. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana Tim is a 1979 graduate of Indiana State University. Tim is about to begin his 30th year of sports broadcasting in Wyoming. Tim is a two time recipient of the Wyoming Sportscaster of the Year Award presented by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. During his illustrious career he has covered Wyoming football and basketball including doing the radio play by play for the 1993 Copper Bowl.
Adam Spolane will be live in the broadcast booth for all road games. Spolane graduated from Indiana University in May 2008 and interned with two different sports radio stations in Houston (Sports Radio 610 and ESPN 97.5 the Ticket) over three summers. Last season he was the play by play broadcaster for Indiana Baseball home games and was also the radio broadcaster for the Pensacola Pelicans of the American Association of Professional Baseball.
