Cary, NC: Cary Invasion team officials have released the team roster for the 2013 season. This year's team will include a mix of Invasion veterans and new comers. Most notably, the 2013 roster will include a league-maximum 16 players, larger than in previous seasons. The 2013 roster is as follows:

Cary Invasion owner Mark Janas comments, "Over the last couple of seasons we maintained a smaller roster in attempt to maximize playing time and team chemistry. But, that came back to bite us late last year, when our bench was short due to injuries over the last couple of games, including the TRBL Championship Game. This year's roster is built to last the wear and tear of the season, and we have a good mix of players that are in tune with Coach Vaughn's style of play."
"I'm excited about this team. I feel we have the pieces in place to compete for a championship," states Invasion Head Coach Eric "EV" Vaughn. Tobacco Road Basketball League (TRBL) rules allow up to the 3 additional non-injury roster changes up until the last 2 weeks of the season.
The Invasion kick off their regular season at home on 4/7 at the Herb Young Center. The remaining home games are on 4/14, 4/27, 5/11, 5/12, 5/19, and 6/9. All home games start at 5:00 pm.
