Carson and Fresno join forces in Summer Pro League

July 10, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release

Los Angeles, CA. The ABA Fresno Heatwave joined forces with the ABA Carson Buzz entro into the NBA Summer Pro League. The cooperative effort of two of the ABA's longest tenured teams has put together an a combination of young talent with some experienced players and hopes to make an exemplary representation for the ABA.

The team cruised past Team Breeze 102-77 in its first game at the Summer Pro League. "We played perfect basketball from the opening tip to the final horn. The only bad part is that the stat computer went down and would couldn't get the stats," stated Head Coach/GM Burrel Lee III.
