Worcester 6, Brockton 3

The Tornadoes scored four runs in the top of the ninth to turn a 3-2 deficit into a 6-3 win on Friday. With the bases loaded and the score tied at three, Worcester CF Cameron Monger singled in the go-ahead runs for one of his two hits on the evening. It was Worcester's first lead of the game. Brockton took a 2-0 lead with a run in the first and the second. Rox 3B Mike Torres led all players in hits, going a perfect 4-for-4 with a run and an RBI.

Pittsfield 7, Quebec 5

Colonials 3B Billy Mottram hit a home run and went 3-for-5 to lead Pittsfield to a 7-5 win over Quebec. The blast was Mottram's 11th of the season. The Capitales cut a four-run deficit in half with a Seth Henry homer in the ninth. But no more men crossed the plate for Quebec the rest of the frame. Colonials 1B Angel Molina joined Mottram and Henry in the three-hit club, going 3-for-3 with a run and an RBI.

New York 2, Newark 2 (In Progress - Top 6)

The game between New York and Newark is tied, 2-2, in the top of the sixth inning. The game was delayed due to rain in the third.

Rockland at New Jersey (Postponed - Rain)

The game between Rockland and New Jersey was postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 5 p.m.
