Quebec 14, Lincoln 6

The Quebec Capitales fell behind 3-0 after three innings. After that it was all Capitales as they scored 14 runs over the next four innings and would roll to a 14-6 victory over the Lincoln Saltdogs. Quebec 1B Ivan Naccarata and RF Steve Brown together collected four hits and drove in nine runs. Capitales DH Rene Leveret chipped in with three hits and three runs scored. Quebec reliever Guillaume Duguay was the winner as he tossed 2 1/3 innings allowing a hit and three walks. For Lincoln in defeat, LF Stephen Holdren had two hits and drove in three runs.

Rockland 7, Worcester 4

Trailing 4-3, the Rockland Boulders scored one run in the seventh inning and three more in the eighth to take a 7-4 lead and they would go on to defeat the Worcester Tornadoes by that same score. Rockland DH Keith Brachold collected three hits and two RBI while RF Qualon Millender had two hits and scored two runs. Leftfielder Jon Smith drove in three runs as well for the Boulders. Rockland starting pitcher Pat Moran notched the win as he allowed four earned runs on five hits in eight innings pitched. The victory by Moran is his fifth of the season.
