Rockland 5, Ottawa 1 - Box Score
Rockland starting pitcher Reinaldo Lopez turned in a solid performance on the mound in leading the Boulders to a 5-1 win over Ottawa.
Lopez went seven strong innings allowing only an earned run on six hits with no walks and three strikeouts. The righty threw 88 pitches, 60 for strikes, and with the win improved his record to 4-3 on the season.
Offensively for Rockland, 2B Richie Fecteau led the way at the plate going 3-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and an RBI. Boulders CF Chase Harris drove in a run and scored once in a 2-for-2 outing while DH Blake Grant-Parks added a solo home run, his seventh of the season. In total, Rockland had eight hits on the night.
For Ottawa in the losing effort, LF Eduard Pinto went 2-for-4 and scored the team's lone run.
