New Jersey 10, Trois-Rivieres 6

The New Jersey Jackals took control in the late innings as they scored eight runs in the sixth, seventh and eighth to claim a 10-6 win over the Trois-Rivieres Aigles.Eight of the nine Jackals in the order registered at least one hit in the game and LF JaRon Shepherd, the only Jackal without a hit, had a RBI in the eighth. DH Joe Dunigan was one of four Jackals to have a two-hit game and he also added two RBI. Both 2B Alonzo Harris and 3B Jeremy Barnes had home runs in the contest.At the plate for the Aigles, five different batters each had one hit and 2B Pier-Olivier Dostaler had a team-high two RBI. It was reliever Shaun Ellis that picked up the win for the four outs he recorded in the seventh and eighth innings.
