Buzz open JBL Pr-Am with win

Maywood Buzz News Release
Hollywood, CA - With the end of the 2005-2006 ABA season just a week old, the Orange County Buzz has started it's offseason road to the 2006-2007 ABA Championship with a 81-78 win over the Blazer/Problems.
The JBL is a National Pro-Am played at Hollywood High School and is ran by its founder Jester Black.
The league consist of 16 teams with the ABA well repersented. The Buzz, SoCal Legends, Los Angeles Aftershock all had players playing in this great league.
As for the game it was a great one. "We went back and fouth in the 4th quarter. Everyone showed up this afternoon" stated Buzz Head Coach Burrel Lee III.
With the Buzz down 72-74 with 4 second to play Buzz Guard Everett Ratleff hit a floater to send the game into overtime. "They gave me a opening and I took it. It felt good when it left my hand" says Ratleff.
Buzz Player of the Game was center Wendell Robinson who finished with 13pts, 11rebs.
Next up for the Buzz is a showdown with the United States Air Force in Lompoc, CA. This game wil be Monday, April 3 at 6pm @ Lompoc High school.
Next JBL game will be Sunday, April 9th at 2:45pm vs D.I.G.G.
