Bulldogs Pro Hockey Announce Massi-Machado as Official Strength & Conditioning Group

The newly formed Brewster Bulldogs professional ice hockey team have officially announced their partnership with Massi-Machado Strength & Conditioning, LLC who will be undertaking the team's in- season strength and conditioning training program. The Bulldogs play in the Federal Hockey League and call Brewster Ice Arena their home. Bulldogs' Head Coach David Lun stated, "I trained under Coaches Massi and Machado while I was a player and was very pleased with their expertise and abilities. Although they are also known to administer programs for other sports, they have a particular knowledge that is relevant and necessary to hockey. I'm glad to have them aboard to administer an in-season training program to my players."

Massi-Machado is a Westchester-Putnam based group with facilities located in White Plains and Peekskill, NY. (Their Peekskill facility is within the Downstate Athletic Center) Guy Massi, Director of Athletic & Curricular Development for Massi-Machado stated, "I'm very happy to work with David (Lun) and his players. We've already conducted their rookie combine and main camp orientations, and find that Coach Lun is on top of assuring to make this inaugural season a success. Although it is often difficult to walk into a group of relatively unknown players with varying developmental junctures, administering in-season programs like this always helps to keep us agile and relevant."

Craig Machado, Director of Fitness & Sports Performance Training for the group said, "We're very excited and fully prepared to support the team. Team and arena ownership has been very accommodating in assisting us with our program needs thus far."

Massi-Machado take the helm as the official strength and conditioning group of the Brewster Bulldogs professional hockey team during the Bulldog's first official FHL season.
