Bucks Release Four Players

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced on Sunday that they have released four players from their training camp roster. The Bucks released rookie forwards Kevin Hurley and Michael Richard, as well as rookie defensemen Amory Mudrewich and Jordan Pawelec.
Hurley had one assist, picked up four penalty minutes and was a plus-one in three pre-season games, while Richard had no points and was a plus one in the three exhibition games.
Mudrewich picked up two penalty minutes and was a minus-one in three pre-season games, while Pawelec ended up a minus-one in the three exhibition games.
The roster moves give the Bucks 22 players on their roster, which has to be trimmed to 19 before Thursday (Oct. 16th), the day before the regular season opener against Rocky Mountain.
Laredo will continue training camp Monday morning at 10am at the LEC.

The Bucks open the 2008-09 season at the LEC on October 17th against the Rocky Mountain Rage.

The Bucks have announced that they will offer mini-plan packages for the first time ever during the 2008-09 season.
Packages start at $60, and fans can choose from three different plans, the Special Event Package, the Weekend Package, or the Thirsty Thursday Package.
