WELCOME! This is the sixth meeting of the season between the Bucks and Corpus Christi. The last meeting took place November 15. The teams next play on January 11 in Laredo. The Bucks visit Corpus Christi on January 24.

CONGRATULATIONS: Rayz goaltender Brent Belecki is the Goaltender of the Week in the Central Hockey League. Last week, Belecki stopped 76 of 78 shots on goal in a pair of Corpus Christi triumphs.

HIRED GUN: Player/assistant coach Chris Grenville led the Bucks to a come-from-behind 4-3 win last night in San Angelo. Grenville assisted on Andy Lundbohm's tying goal in the third period, then Grenville scored the game-winner with 6:16 remaining. In his last ten games, Grenville has recorded fourteen points and a +7.

SOO ON FIRE: Right wing and Sault Ste. Marie native Joey Sewell has four goals in his last two games and seven in his last ten.

FIESTA!!! On Tuesday, the Bucks and the Laredo Entertainment Center are hosting a New Year's Eve bash following the Bucks' battle with the first-place Austin Ice Bats. The festivities include fireworks at midnight, live music, food and beverage. A ticket to the Bucks game is required for admission. At this time, tickets are still available.
