Laredo Bucks News Release
LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks have once again been out in the community. Here is a list of where Bucks coaches, players, front office staff, and Bucky were recently, and where they are going this week. The Bucks front office, coaching staff, players and Bucky have appeared at over 155 events in 2010, and look forward to many more.
Below is a list of the events the Bucks organization attended last week, and will attend this week.
*WHERE WE ARE GOING (May 3rd-May 8th)*
Mon. May 3: Bryan Benway and Bucky will attend the "Meet in the Middle" pep rally for Special Olympics Participants at Washington Middle School, 2pm
Tue. May 4: Donald Thomson will attend Career Day at Alma Pierce Elementary School, at 11am.
Wed. May 5: Donald Thomson and Cy Agley will attend the Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center reopening of the speech therapy department ribbon cutting ceremony, 1220 N. Malinche Ave, at 10:30am.
Thur. May 6: Bucks front office staff will attend the 2010 Laredo Business Hall of Fame event at the Laredo Country Club, 7pm.
Sat. May 8: Bucks front office staff and Bucky will attend the International Fair with Digikids at Harmony Science Academy, from 11am-4pm.
*WHERE WE HAVE BEEN (Apr. 26th-May 3rd)*
Tue. Apr. 27: Bucks front office staff participated in the Youth Leadership Laredo bowl-a-thon at Jett Bowl helping raise over $5,000.
Fri. Apr. 30: Terry Ruskowski attended the Laredo Heat's season opener at TAMIU.
Sat. May 1: Bucks front office staff participated in the JDRF Walk at TAMIU
Sun. May 2: Terry Ruskowski participated in the Vos de Ninos at the International Bank of Commerce Lago del Rio
