Bucks Clinch First Ever Playoff Berth

Houma, La--- The Bayou Bucks organization is pleased to announce that in only there second year of existence, have secured a spot in the 2003 National Indoor Football League playoffs. As of now the Bucks are the fourth seed in the Atlantic Conference bracket. With a win on June 28th against the Evansville BlueCats the Bucks can obtain the third seed. This entails the Bucks to be on the road for the first round. As of now, the Bucks will either travel to Lake Charles to play the rival Land Sharks or to Wheeling, West Virginia to play the defending NIFL champion Ohio Valley Greyhounds.
The Rack Pack, the Bayou Bucks booster club, is also planning a bus trip if the Bucks would play in Lake Charles. For more information please contact the Bucks at 851-3600
