
BT Sport to Broadcast CFL Games in U.K. and Ireland

TORONTO - Sports fans in the United Kingdom and Ireland will have the opportunity to watch Canadian Football League (CFL) action live on television for the second consecutive season, the CFL announced today.
BT Sport will broadcast CFL games live starting with the season opener tonight at BMO Field between the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts. BT Sport will carry all four games in Week 1 of the CFL's 2016 season. In addition, BT Sport will also broadcast CFL games on delay.
BT Sport is available to more than 5 million homes across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Today's news follows a multi-territory agreement between the CFL and ESPN Inc.
