Boys Joins Dodge City Law Ownership Group

Dodge City resident Chris Boys has joined Ricky Bertz and Joi Ponder as a member of the Dodge City Law ownership group.
Boys, who operates an insurance agency and serves on the Ford County Commission, will also assume the role of community liaison for the team.
Bertz said that Boys is a natural fit for the community liaison position.
"Chris is well known and highly respected in Dodge City," Bertz said. "I believe he will be an asset to this organization as we continue to reach out to the community and build lasting relationships with the public."
Boys said that he looks forward to working with the team and helping to build relationships between the team and members of the community.
"My wife Dalila, our kids, and I were all really excited when we heard that a professional indoor-football team would be playing in Dodge City," Boys said. "We bought season tickets as soon as they were on sale and we have really enjoyed going to the games and supporting the team. I am glad to have the opportunity to be a part of the organization and I look forward to helping to engage the public."
Boys said that among the reasons he chose to become involved with the organization is the relationship he has with Bertz, Joi Ponder, and Head Coach Sean Ponder.
"Over the last eight months Ricky, Joi, Sean, and I have had a nice working relationship. We now have a really good friendship," Boys said. "I share their commitment to winning on the field and being a force for good off the field. I look forward to helping them achieve the goals they have set for the organization."
