Gabriel Bourque found his scoring touch and led the Moncton Wildcats to a 7-2 win over the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in game three of their best of seven quarter final series.
Moncton had a 4-2 lead after the first, scored twice in the second and added a single goal in the final 20 minutes for the victory.
Other Wildcats scorers were Mark Barberio, Kelsey Tessier and Simon Jodoin. The Huskies goals were scored by Philippe Cornet and Dimitry Kostromitin.
Shots on goal were 31-23 for the Wildcats, who were 3 for 6 on the power play while the Huskies went 0 for 5.
Game four of the series will be played at the Coliseum on Friday night with an 8:30 start instead of the usual 7:30 puck drop.
