Bombers to Host 3 Opponents this Weekend

It will be the final weekend of Prospect League baseball this season when the Dubois County Bombers host 3 different opponents over the next 3 nights at League Stadium. Tonight the Bombers square off against the Prospect League leading Quincy Gems who come in with a sparkling overall record of 33-15. The Gems are led by Prospect League MVP candidate Bryan Lippincott who is hitting .342 with 9 HR's and 53 RBI's.
It will be Girls Night Out at League Stadium, sponsored by the Susan G. Komen Foundation. All females will receive $1.00 off the ticket price, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation will be giving out prizes! The Bombers will also conduct a drawing for tickets to this Sunday's Brickyard 400! Ticket stubs from last Sunday's July 24th's game as well as tonight's game will be used in the drawing for the ticket prizes. Two lucky fans will each receive a pair of $85.00 face value tickets to the NASCAR event at Indianapolis Motor Speedway this Sunday! At the race, fans will witness performances by Rascal Flatts and Reba McEntire! Bomber fans must be in attendance tonight to win these prizes.
The Bombers and Gems usually engage in hard fought, entertaining contests. First pitch is set for 7:15 pm EDT.
On Saturday night the Bombers will host their arch rival Danville Dans in what should be another hard fought battle. First pitch is set for 7:15 pm. Sunday is Family Day when the Richmond Riverrats come to town with first pitch at 6:15. Come on out and enjoy some great baseball at historic League Stadium this weekend!
