
Bohlsen Commits to UNO

FARGO, N.D. - Fargo Force forward Kaden Bohlsen has committed to play college hockey at the University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks following his junior hockey career.
Bohlsen, an 18-year-old, joined the Force in January in a trade with the Des Moines Buccaneers. He has 17 points (9 goals, 8 assists) in 42 games this season and 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist) in 17 games with the Force.
The Willmar, Minn. native registered 30 points (12 goals, 18 assists) in 30 games with the Shattuck-St. Mary's prep team last season before joining the Buccaneers. Bohlsen was originally selected by Des Moines with the 10th pick in the 2017 USHL Futures Draft.
UNO's active roster currently has three Force alums: Mason Morelli (13-15), John Schuldt (17-18), and Martin Sundberg (16-17).
The Force will host Western Conference rival Waterloo this weekend in a rivalry matchup. Puck drop for the Friday-Saturday series is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. both nights.
