The Wisconsin Riveters are proud to announce that Boelter + Lincoln Advertising Firm out of Milwaukee has chosen the Riveters for a Pro-Bono account. For a total of 27 businesses as sponsors for the 2004 season.

Boelter + Lincoln began as The Boelter Company in Madison, Wisconsin on January 1, 1974 with $350,000 in annual billings, two employees and Robert Boelter at the helm. On April Fools' Day in 1975, John Lincoln opened an additional office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Today, Boelter + Lincoln has grown to more than 40 people with billings exceeding $28 million, annually.

Boelter + Lincoln has also grown in services that provide a spectrum of consumer and business-to-business clients. These services include public relations, sales promotion, direct marketing and interactive as well as media advertising. Boelter + Lincoln believes that an effective client-agency relationship is a working partnership based on trust, understanding and patience. It works best when that relationship is based on clear communication with a commitment to inform and a willingness to listen - on both sides of the table.

At Boelter + Lincoln, we think of a marketing communications program as a full-length movie rather than a TV shot, a movie that's always being edited in response to audience reaction. We are proud to have them a board." The Riveters are a full contact women's football team and members of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA).

The Riveters have secured several sponsorships, which include: Schneider's Salvage & Auto Sales in Kenosha, Cottman Transmission, Captain Mike's, Kenosha Magic, 94 North, Bombay Louie's, Pasquali's Bar, Bill's Corner Pub, Finney's Lounge, Kortez', George's Clubhigh View and Earl's Club in Kenosha.

In Racine: Asch's Place, Corner Connection, Evelyn's Club Main, Brass Rail and The Dugout.

Log Cabin and John's Main Event in Burlington, Wagner's Leo Tavern in Salem, Hoser's Curve Inn in Waterford, Airport Inn in Somers and Boelter + Lincoln in Milwaukee.

Sponsors are lining up to become a part of history and support Women's football. Holly Barrett the owner states, "It is great to see the support the state of Wisconsin is giving us, especially the Milwaukee, Kenosha and the Racine areas. The NWFA is the largest tackle football league in the world with 37 teams in 23 states. The league wrapped up its 2003 season with the National Women's Football Championship Game that was held at Vanderbilt University in Nashville in front of 5,726 fans. The league also has a 5 year TV deal with The Football Network.

The NWFA is also opening teams in other markets. The league is expanding to several additional cities and will add teams in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH and the Chicago, IL area for 2004.
