Bloomington Blaze Individual Game Tickets on Sale October 3rd

The Bloomington Blaze presented by Mid-Illini Credit Union today announced the on sale date for individual game tickets. Single game tickets will go on sale Monday, October 3rd at 11:00am at the U.S. Cellular Box Office and on line at Ticketmaster.com. The Blaze home opener is Saturday, October 22nd against the Dayton Gems. Game time is 7:05pm.

The Blaze ticket department is also introducing the "Pyro Pack" for the coming season. The Pyro Pack is a pack of eight undated game ticket vouchers that can be used for any game or series of games.

The packs are only $99.00 and the vouchers are exchanged at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum Box Office for a general adult ticket.

Blazing Notes

The Blaze has confirmed two pre-season games during this year's training camp which opens October 10th at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Bloomington will play in Moline, Illinois at the i-wireless center against the Missouri Mavericks on Saturday, October 15th @ 7:00pm and will be playing a home pre-season game against the Evansville IceMen on Sunday, October 16th @ 3:00pm at the U.S.

Cellular Coliseum. Tickets for the Blaze home pre-season game will be $5.00 and will be general admission. Tickets for the home pre-season game will also go on sale on Monday, October 3rd. Proceeds from the pre-season game will be donated to "Hockey Fights Cancer".

The Blaze ticket department also announced that season ticket holders will be able to redeem unused tickets for any regular season game instead of the original plan of just five selected redemption nights.

The new Bloomington Blaze presented by Mid-Illini Credit Union will be playing in the fourteen team Central Hockey League beginning in October, 2011. Bloomington will be in the league's Turner (Northern) Conference along with the Fort Wayne Komets, Dayton Gems, Quad City Mallards, Missouri Mavericks, Rapid City Rush, and Evansville IceMen.
