
Blaze Announce Harleys and Heroes Night

SALT LAKE CITY -The Utah Blaze and Timpanogos Harley Davidson are pleased present "Harleys and Heroes" night, an appreciation night for Fire, Police, EMTs and other emergency-response personnel on Friday, July 2, 2010, as the Blaze take on the Milwaukee Iron. Timpanogos Harley Davidson will be holding the "First Annual Blazin' Rides" custom bike show prior to the game and one lucky fan will have the chance to win a Harley Davidson Night Rod.
In return for their hard work and dedication in the local community, all police, firefighters, EMTs and other emergency-response personnel are invited to enjoy the game free of charge. Personnel may simply present their work identification badge at the Maverik Center box office the day of the game and receive a free ticket to the game (ID must be presented with ticket to enter the arena). The Blaze will also be showcasing their appreciation throughout the pre-game and half-time ceremonies with a display by the Utah Highway Patrol.
Timpanogos Harley Davidson will be presenting the "First Annual Blazin Rides" custom bike show in the Maverik Center parking lot from 5:00-6:30 p.m. All custom Harley Davidson owners are invited to place their bikes on display and must be checked in by 5:00 p.m. in order to be eligible. Pre- registration is not necessary and one complimentary ticket will be provided to the night's Blaze game for entering a bike. The winner will receive one pair of 2011 Blaze season tickets as voted on by fans via text message. Prizes will be available for the top five bikes.
In addition to the custom Harley Davidson show, eight lucky fans will have the opportunity to win an incredible Harley Davidson Night Rod (valued at 18,000), courtesy of Timpanogos Harley Davidson. Participants must be attending the game in order to be eligible.
The Blaze visit Des Moines this week to take on the Iowa Barnstormers on Saturday, June 26, with kickoff at 6 p.m. (MT). The following week, the Blaze return home for their second to last home game versus the Milwaukee Iron. Single-game tickets can be purchased through www.ticketmaster.com.
