INDIANAPOLIS, IN-The Indiana Blast A-League Professional Soccer team will hold their first of nine soccer camps of the 2002 summer at Lawrence in just two weeks. The Blast will be holding eight other camps throughout Central Indiana from June-August. There are a limited number of slots in each camp and they are filling-up fast so don't miss out on the chance to TRAIN WITH THE PROS!

Students will receive a week of instruction from Blast players and coaches, a camp T-shirt and water bottle, a written evaluation of their skills, and a ticket to an upcoming Blast game.
The cost for full-day (9am-4pm) instruction is $155 per student, while half-day (9am-12pm) tuition is $90. Sibling and team discounts are available. Students can register online at www.indianablast.com, or by calling (317) 585-9203.
Jimmy McDonald, former head coach of the Indiana Blast serves as the Camp Director. After coaching the Blast for four seasons, he has turned his focus towards the development of the next generation of young players.
Eric Descombes, the new head coach of the Blast, will be a familiar sight at the Blast Soccer Camps this season. Originally from St. Etienne, France, Descombes has had a long and successful career as a sweeper, starting in 1986.
Sean Bartram rounds out the camp director staff for the 2002 season. Coach Bartram plays semi-pro in the UK and has spent several months in the US as the director of coaching for an English based coaching company.
Returning player-coach favorites to the Indiana Blast roster in 2002 include Mark Allen (D), Peter Baah (D), Rodrigo Costa (F), Tommy Keenan (M), Vorgen Less (D), Josh Lynk (GK), Dustin Ottesen (M), and Godfrey Tenoff (M).
