
Bighorns Represented at 2016 Samsung NBA Summer League

RENO, NV ---- Four Reno Bighorns will be featured on rosters during the Samsung NBA Summer League 2016 when it tips off Friday, July 8 in Las Vegas.
Ricky Ledo will join the Sacramento Kings along with Duje Dukan, who was assigned to the Bighorns by the Kings during the 2015-16 season. Erick Green will join the Portland Trailblazers while Reggie Hearn will compete with the NBA D-League Select team.
Ledo averaged 21.3 points (.442 FG%, .8.13 FT%, .395 3PT%) and 6.1 rebounds in 30.5 minutes per game in 49 starts during the 2015-16 season. Ledo represented the Bighorns in the 2015 NBA Development League All-Star Game where he totaled 13 points, two rebounds and four assists.
In 27 games for the Bighorns, all starts, Dukan averaged 14.5 points (.403 FG%, .722 FT%, .371 3PT%) and 4.3 rebounds in 28.9 minutes per game. Dukan was assigned to the Bighorns a total of seven times during the 2015-16 season.
Green signed two 10-day contracts with the Utah Jazz in late January. He played in 40 games (39 starts) with the Bighorns during the 2015-16 season, averaging 25.7 points (.512 FG%, .847 FT%, .443 3PT%) 4.0 assists, 4.4 rebounds in 37.2 minutes of action. Green was selected to the 2015-16 All NBA D-League First Team in late April.
Hearn will join the NBA D-League Select Team, a roster comprised of top NBA D-League prospects. Hearn played 48 games with the Bighorns during the 2015-16 season where he averaged 11.5 points (.461 FG%, .782 FT%, .442 3PT%) and 4.3 rebounds in 25.8 minutes per game.
This summer's event will again feature the tournament-style format first debuted in 2013 that will crown the Samsung NBA Summer League Champion on Monday, July 18. The 24 teams - 23 NBA teams and one NBA Development League Select team - will compete in three preliminary round games from July 8-12 before being seeded in a tournament running through the Championship Game on July 18. Each team is guaranteed to play at least five games.
ESPN will present all 67 games from Las Vegas across ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU and WatchESPN. In total, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU will broadcast 25 games, including all four quarterfinal games, both semifinal games and the Championship Game on Monday, July 18 at 6 p.m. PDT at the Thomas & Mack Center.
