Bighorns Open Season at Home this Friday

RENO, NV - The Reno Bighorns will open their 2015-16 season this Friday, Nov. 13 at 7 P.M. (doors open at 6 p.m.) against the Los Angeles D-Fenders at the Reno Events Center.

David Arseneault Jr. returns for his second season as head coach of the Reno Bighorns. In his first season at the helm, Arseneault compiled a 20-30 record and installed a fast paced offense that helped Reno lead the league in numerous statistical categories, including first ranked in the NBA Development League in scoring with an average of 133 points per game.

The first 1000 fans in attendance will receive a magnet schedule giveaway. The Bighorns will also offer tickets as low as $8, $2 beers, $5 bottomless popcorn, $5 bottomless soda at the concession stands, and a free kids zone.

Immunize Nevada will host a free flu vaccine clinic starting at 6 p.m. and concluding at half-time. Vaccinations are available for attendees ages 7 years and older on a first come, first served basis.

Ticket specials include $5 college student tickets, along with 50 percent off tickets to all active duty military and veteran families. Both ticket offers can be purchased on game days at the Reno Events Center box office.
