Beijing Aoshen Olympians hire Ricky Benitez to take over as Head Coach

Los Angeles, California - The Beijing Aoshen Olympians have come to an agreement with Ricky Benitez to take over as Head Coach of the team on Wednesday. Benitez is the winningist coach in WBA history and a veteran and winner at multiple levels including the ABA, CBA, USBL, WBA, and internationally in countries such as Venezuela, Chile, Hungrary, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
The Puerto Rican native and former National team player is being charged with restoring the Olympians to the success they reached last season in advancing to the ABA playoffs. The Beijing Aoshen Olympians feature several Chinese National Team members along with former NBA player Fred Vinson and have started slowly this season at 2-3. With the change at the head coaching position, the Olympians are making plans to once again become a force in the American Basketball Association. With several players coming off the recently played World Championship stage in Japan this past summer coupled with top American stars and a first class international level coach to their credit; look for Beijing Aoshen to start making some big noise in the Red Division featuring cross town rival the Hollywood Fame, Maywood Buzz, San Diego Wildcats, Tijuana Dragons, and Gallup Outlaws.
