Bees to Host Open House and "Meet the Team" Events

BURLINGTON, IA- The Burlington Bees welcome fans to a pair of free-to-the-public events on Sunday, March 31 and Tuesday, April 2 in preparation for the 2019 season.

On March 31 from 1 to 4 PM, the gates of Community Field will open to fans for the first time in 2019.

Visitors are offered the opportunity to participate in self-guided stadium tours throughout areas of the ballpark closed to the public during the season. Limited concessions items will be available to sample in addition to Pepsi products and adult beverages available for purchase.

Additionally, Bees fans of all ages are invited to the field to swing for the fences and attempt to hit a home run for a variety of ticket prizes including 2019 season tickets.

On April 2, the Bees invite fans to "Meet the Team" including the 2019 team players, coaches and additions to the front office at The Boogaloo from 6 PM to 10 PM. Purple Star Entertainment is tabbed to provide karaoke beginning at 7 PM with all in attendance encouraged to sing in the new season.

Both events provide fans the chance to make last-minute purchases of Bees ticket offerings including season tickets for entrance to all 70 regular season home games with prices starting at $255 and bonus books of 16 undated tickets for just $85.
