Bees Announce Theme Nights and Promotional Schedule for 2021 Season

BURLINGTON, IOWA - The Burlington Bees have released their preliminary promotional schedule of theme nights and giveaways for the 2021 season. Highlights include new theme nights such as Goonies & Pirates Night, Wizard Night and 90's Space Jams Night, 4 bobblehead giveaways and the return of fan favorites: Halloween at the Bees, a Day for Dads, Capes & Crowns and the End of Summer Bash. The Community Field favorite Bark in the Park game has transitioned into four Pups & Pints Nights, so our furry fans can enjoy more games at the ballpark. This season the Bees will recognize all the hard work and sacrifice made by those in our community last year, so the 2021 season will be dedicated as a "Salute to Essential Workers" with special nights lined up for several industries in our community. Additionally, there will be 7 post-game fireworks shows that will light up the sky at Community Field throughout the summer.

The team opens on the road in Clinton, Iowa on Thursday, May 27th and will return for our home opener on Sunday, May 30th with fireworks after the game. Gates will open at 5:30 PM and the first pitch at home will take place at 6:30 PM, right after Nashville recording artist and Southeast Iowa native, Cali Wilson, sings the National Anthem. Cali's incredible talents took her all the way to the Top 13 on Team Blake on NBC's The Voice and she just released her new single "New Colors" last month. There will be a Meet & Greet at the game where fans can meet Cali. There will be plenty of her music and merchandise available for purchase as well.
