BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, December 11, 2006 - Acadie-Bathurst Titan forward Thomas Beauregard and Chicoutimi Saguenéens goaltender Bobby Nadeau were named the TELUS offensive and defensive players of the week for the period extending from December 4 to 10.

Moreover, he had a hand in nine of the Titan's eleven goals (81.8%). In a 6-5 ovetime loss to the Remparts on Friday, Beauregard became the first player to hit the forty-goal plateau. Two days later, he registered four points in a 6-2 win over the MAINEiacs to take the lead over teammate Mathieu Perreault in the scoring standings. The Titan will host the Mooseheads next Wednesday.
