Game 4 of the best-of-seven championship series will be Wednesday, June 9 at Cedar Park Center, with a potential Game 5 also in Texas on Friday, June 11. HERSHEY would host Games 6 and 7 if needed on Monday, June 14 and Wednesday June 16.

A terrific Catch-22: HERSHEY is in the Calder Cup Finals for the 22nd time after defeating the Manchester Monarchs in the 2010 Eastern Conference Finals. The 22 trips to the Finals is an American Hockey League record. HERSHEY also enters the finals winners of 10 Calder Cup titles, the most of any team in AHL history.
Oldest against the youngest: The 2010 Calder Cup Final pits the oldest franchise in the American Hockey League against the newest entry in the circuit. HERSHEY is in its 72nd
year of existence, while the Stars just completed its inaugural campaign in the state capital of Texas.
How they got here: The BEARS have advanced to the 2010 Calder Cup Finals by defeating the Bridgeport Sound Tigers four games to one, the Albany River Rats four games to one and the Manchester Monarchs four games to two to come out of the Eastern Conference. Texas swept the Rockford IceHogs four games to none in the West Division Semi- Final, edged the Chicago Wolves four games to three, and outlasted the Hamilton Bulldogs in seven games as well.
More record book magic: The BEARS tied a Calder Cup playoff record in the Eastern Conference Finals by winning its seventh straight playoff series. The record is jointly held by the Springfield Indians (two times) and the 2006-07 BEARS. A win over Texas would set a new league standard for consecutive playoff series won.
Home sweet home in June: HERSHEY has home ice advantage in the best-of-seven Calder Cup Finals, earning the honor by finishing the 2009-10 season with the AHL's best record. The BEARS won an AHL record 60 games during the regular season to claim home ice throughout the 2010 Calder Cup playoffs.
