BayBears and Blue Wahoos Offer Fun Weekend for Fans

The BayBears are back in action at Hank Aaron Stadium this week, as they renew the Bay-to-Bay Series with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos for a four game series. The four game weekend set features a $5 ticket price special on box seats, only available by phone orders while they last. Here is everything that's happening this home stand:
The series begins Thursday, July 19, with "Thirsty Thursday" at Hank Aaron Stadium which means fans 21 and older can purchase $2 16oz draft Budweiser beers and Pepsi from 6-8 PM. The gates open at 6 PM and first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
Before the BayBears game against the Blue Wahoos on Friday, July 20, at 7:05 PM, CMA artist Ashton Shepherd will be available to sign autographs for fans and sing the National Anthem before first pitch. During the game, fans are encouraged to visit Ed Randall's "Bat for the Cure" table where they will have the opportunity to win a 32" baby blue "Bat for the Cure" wooden bat in effort to raise awareness for Ed Randall's Bat for the Cure Prostate Cancer Education. After the game, fans are invited to stick around for the eighth fireworks show of the season. It's going to be a majestic "Concert in the Sky" presented in part by Coastal Bank and Trust, Buffalo Rock Pepsi, Treadwell Ford, Treadwell Honda, WKRG TV5 and 95KSJ.
Saturday, July 21, the BayBears and Blue Wahoos continue their series with a special "Kids Eat Free" night. Kids receive a voucher for one free hot dog and Pepsi with the purchase of a $5 box seat. The offer is only available at the ticket window and is not valid with any other offer. Saturday's first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM
Sunday, July 22, Mobile and Pensacola will meet for the final game of the series with first pitch scheduled at 6:05 p.m. When the gates open at 5 p.m., kids can play catch on the field until 1:30 p.m. After the game, fans are encouraged to join BayBears manager Turner Ward down on the field for a "Sermon on the Mound". Following "Sermon on the Mound", kids are invited to run the bases on the field.
