
Bay Sox Send 10 Players to the All-Star Game

NEW BEDFORD, MA (Monday, July 16, 2012) - Today the Bay Sox are proud to announce that they will be sending TEN players to the NECBL's 19th Annual All-Star Game. The Game will take place at 6:30 pm in Montpelier, VT at Recreation Field on July 22, 2012.
The Bay Sox are sending more players than any other team in the Eastern Division: Newport (8), Sanford (6), Laconia (4), Mystic (2). Three of the ten will be starting in the game on the 22nd. The three starters are: Alex Black (Columbia) playing first base, Peyton Hart (Kennesaw St) playing shortstop, and Zach Stone (Millersville U) who will be the designated hitter.
The other Bay Sox All-Stars are: Andy Lalli (SNHU), Zack Graczyk (SUNY Cortland), Alex Baldock (U of Buffalo), Colton Cross (Kennesaw St), Brian Derner (George Washington), Jon Massad (SNHU), and Sean Fitzgerlad (Notre Dame).
They Bay Sox are proud to be sending so many players to the All-Star game and know that they will do well. We wish all the players the best of luck as they make the trip on Sunday the 22nd to Vermont.
