Battery Pink Packs On Sale Now for April 30th vs. Pittsburgh

Charleston, SC. Battery Pink Packs that include 4 East Box Seats and a Pink soccer ball for the April 30 game versus Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Blackbaud Stadium are on sale now for only $40! $10 from each Battery Pink Pack will be donated directly to the Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

The Charleston Battery is teaming up with Dragon Boat Charleston and the Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® on Saturday, April 30 for a Kick for a Cure night as the Battery takes on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

The Charleston Battery players will be wearing special custom Pink UMBRO jerseys during the match that will be auctioned off immediately after the game with 100% of the proceeds to benefit the charities.

In addition to raising money and awareness for these two charities during the match versus Pittsburgh the Charleston Battery players will show their support by entering a boat as a team in Dragon Boat Charleston on Saturday, May 14.

Paul Mitchell the School Charleston to offer Pink Hair Extensions during Kick for a Cure!

Paul Mitchell the School Charleston cosmetology students (or future professional stylists) will at Blackbaud Stadium on Saturday, April 30 to provide special pink hair extensions to Battery fans. Hair extensions can be purchased for $10.00 with 100% of the profits donated to the Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

Paul Mitchell the School Charleston stylists will also be available to cut hair for Battery fans who wish to donate to Locks of Love (hair must be 10 inches or longer).

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
