The Battery faces the Impact one more time in the regular season; Charleston travels to Montreal next Friday night (June 13) for the match.
The Charleston Battery has not played since its May 28, 2-0 loss to the Vancouver Whitecaps; prior to the game versus Vancouver Charleston had won five games straight.
Montreal earned a 0-0 tie with the Miami FC Blues on Wednesday night in Montreal. The Impact remains winless at home but has won twice so far on the road, defeating Miami on April 19 and Puerto Rico on May 2.

In 2007 Charleston split the series with Montreal losing 3-2 at Blackbaud Stadium then defeated the Impact 1-0 in the return fixture in Montreal.
Montreal advanced to the 2007 USL1 playoffs but lost in the first round to the Puerto Rico Islanders. Head coach Nick DeSantis has been with the club since its inception in 1993. DeSantis was the club captain from 1993-2003 and led Montreal to the 2004 title in his first year as head coach.
Montreal has made a couple of roster moves since the game at Blackbaud Stadium on May 14. Forwards Rocco Placentino, Nicolas Lesage, midfielder Hector Contreras and defender Davy Uwimana have all been called up from the Impact reserve squad, the Trois-Rivières Attak.
