Jacksonville Barracudas News Release
The Jacksonville Barracudas have placed goaltender Pat Berrigan on team suspension.
Berrigan, who is still under contract to the Barracudas, was asked to report back to the Barracudas at the completion of his temporary loan. His failure to report for Friday night's game against the Knoxville Ice Bears has resulted in his indefinite team suspension.
Through 9 games with the Barracudas, Berrigan had 5 wins and 3 losses, along with a goals against average of 4.33 and a .903 save percentage.
The Barracudas have won 2 games and lost 7 since Berrigan was loaned to the Checkers.
The Jacksonville Barracudas are in action Saturday night at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. The puck drops at 7:05p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring a toy for KB Home's toy drive.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com, or by visiting the Arena Box Office or the Times Union Center for the Performing Arts box office. For more information, call the Barracudas' office at 904-367-1423.
