Jacksonville Barracudas News Release
Jacksonville, FL- The Jacksonville Barracudas of the Southern Hockey League, announced today that the team would be severing ties with former broadcaster Woody Carlson after a probe of possible misconduct showed evidence of "blatant insubordination" on behalf of Carlson.
Carlson, whose real name is Gregg Polatas, had served as the teams Director of Communications and Broadcaster last year before being laid off at the conclusion of the 2003-04 season. Team officials said the team would begin looking for a suitable replacement immediately.
