November 24, 2006 - SPHL (SPHL)
Jacksonville Barracudas News Release

Due to a rash of injuries, the Jacksonville Barracudas have added new players as they prepare to play the Huntsville Havoc at home Friday night.

The Barracudas have signed a familiar face, former Barracudas' star forward Jim Murphy, who played 28 games during the 2004-2005 season scoring 26 points. The team also signed tough forward Chris Nichols, who joins the team from the Huntsville Havoc.

Amongst the injured is forward and past SPHL Player of the Week Jeff Angelidis, who is questionable after a lower body injured suffered prior to an away game against the Florida Seals.

Forward Garrett Summerfield has been waived to make room for the additions.

The Barracudas' third home game of the 2006-2007 season is tonight, November 24, at 7:05 P.M against the Huntsville Havoc. For information on Barracudas season tickets or Flex Packs contact the Barracudas office at 904-367-1423, or visit www.jaxcudas.com.
