Barracudas complete Chad Peck signing with trade

The Jacksonville Barracudas completed their signing of forward Chad Peck Tuesday by trading the rights to recently called-up forward Brett Roat to the Fayetteville FireAntz. In exchange, the Barracudas received the rights to Peck.

Roat played 10 games for the Barracudas this season, picking up 5 points. Peck played his first game of the season last night against the Pee Dee Cyclones, scoring a goal in the overtime loss.

The Barracudas will be in action at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena Thursday at 7:05pm. Planet Radio is sponsoring "Throw-Em Back Thursday", as draft beer will be 2-for-1 during the first period, and 50% off in the second period.
