Pittsfield Suns News Release
Your Pittsfield Suns are back in action TONIGHT with a promotion that is one of our favorites every season. Tonight is Bark in the Park Night, when fans get to bring their dogs to the ballpark to enjoy a game. There's no extra charge for your pup; simply get your tickets for tonight's game and enjoy a night at the park with man's best friend. The festivities are presented by Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital.
Good seats are still available for tonight's game, including our new All You Can Eat tickets. Click here to get your tickets and show your dog where you spend your evenings during the summer!
The Suns also have a busy week coming up. Monday is Military Appreciation Night; all military, both active service and veterans, enjoy free admission.
Wednesday will be an exciting giveaway as the Suns continue the team's "Wahconah Turns 100" celebration. Wednesday is Pittsfield Red Sox T-shirt Giveaway, to commemorate an era from the venerable venue's past. The T-shirt (see below) sports the recognizable crest known far and wide by Red Sox Nation. The Pittsfield Red Sox played in the 60's and featured notable big leaguers like Carlton Fisk, George "Boomer" Scott, Sparky Lyle, and Reggie Smith. The giveaway is presented by Greylock Federal Credit Union & Greylock Insurance. Come early so you don't miss out!
The Suns close out the week with our second fireworks show of the season on Saturday, June 22, presented by the Berkshire Eagle. Always a crowd-pleaser, the fireworks extravaganza is set to light up the night sky after the game. Make sure to get your tickets, because fireworks are always popular!
