The big story of the night is Ginny Capicchioni who will be the first female goaltender to dress in a NLL game... Tonight's game is the first ever meeting between the two teams... Buffalo and New Jersey did not meet in the Storm's inaugural season last year... Tonight will mark Darris Kilgour's first game behind the Bandits bench at the HSBC Arena.

THE BANDITS

Buffalo traveled to Ottawa on November 30 to take on the Rebel in preseason action losing 19-18... Ken Montour, Corey Quinn and Findley Wilson all saw action in net for Buffalo... Steve Dietrich did not play while Rich Kilgour and John Tavares only played the first half... Buffalo will travel to Rochester on December 14th to play their final preseason game against the Rochester Knighthawks at 7:30PM.

THE STORM

The big news in New Jersey, and the lacrosse world, is Ginny Capicchioni who will be the first female NLL goaltender... Capicchioni is a former nationally ranked lacrosse and field hockey goal tender from Sacred Heart University and was the Northeast Conference "Goalie of the Year" in lacrosse the last three seasons... New Jersey signed Dan Leidl and Brian LaMastro, two New Jersey natives.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Tonight's game is the first ever meeting between the two teams... Buffalo and New Jersey did not meet in the Storm's inaugural season last year... Buffalo will visit the Garden State on January 19th for a 1:00PM game and the Storm will return to Buffalo on April 5th.

NEW FACES ON THE BANDITS

General Manager Kurt Silcott was busy as usual during the off-season. Silcott has added 17 new faces to the training camp roster. A few of the new players are:

· 2002 first round draft choice Billy Dee Smith from St. Catharines, Ontario.

· Ray Guze who attended the Bandits open-tryout and was invited to training camp.

· Former Bandits Travis Kilgour, Chris Panos and Miles General.

· Aime Caines and Jason Crosbie who played for the Montreal Express last season.

· Former Storm player Kerry Susheski.
