
Bandits Agree to Three-Year Deal with Steenhuis

BUFFALO, N.Y. (August 20, 2015) -- Buffalo Bandits General Manager Steve Dietrich today announced the team has agreed to terms on a three-year contract with forward Mark Steenhuis, pending league approval.
Steenhuis finished third on the team in scoring during the 2015 season with 95 points (36+59) in 17 games. The St. Catharines, Ontario native has finished in the top three in team scoring in nine of his 13 seasons since joining the Bandits in 2003.
Over his 14-year NLL career, Steenhuis has totaled 861 points (397+464) in 219 games, and last season he took over 10th place in NLL history in points. Steenhuis is second only to John Tavares in Bandits history in every major offensive category, including games played (207), goals (836), assists (445) and points (831).
