Casper- Casper Ghosts starting pitcher Chris Balcom-Miller was named the Pioneer League Pitcher of the week for the third time this season. This is his third time winning the honor in the last five weeks.
Balcom-Miller has been dominating opponents this season leading the league in ERA (1.16) and WHIP (0.74). He has a home era of 0.86. Balcom-Miller was the Rockies 6th round pick of the 2009 draft.
