October 14, 2014 - Indoor Football League (IFL)
Minnesota Axemen News Release

Bemidji, MN - The Bemidji Axemen have signed former Buffalo Bills defensive back Jajuan Harley. Harley spent this year's NFL Preseason with the Buffalo Bills, playing in all four preseason games with the team. He made it to the end of training camp before being released as a part of final cuts.

Harley signed with the Axemen last season before signing a Futures Contract with the Bills just before the Axemen kicked off training camp in February.

"Signing Jajuan is a big piece to our puzzle for making a run to a championship. Bringing a high caliber guy like him in is great for our program," Axemen head coach Dixie Wooten stated. "He brings NFL talent to a solid secondary. It's truly a pleasure to have Jajuan on our team."

Harley played his senior year of college at Middle Tennessee State, where he played in all 123 games after sitting out the previous year due to NCAA transfer regulations. He recorded 74 tackles, three interceptions, and one forced fumble for the Blue Raiders.

Prior to transferring to Middle Tennessee State, Harley played at Florida State University. Harley appeared in 11 games in his two years for the Seminoles before transferring due to coaching changes.

Out of high school, Harley was a four-star recruit and was ranked the nation's 10th best safety. He earned PrepStar All-American Honors as a senior at Rickards High School.

The Bemidji Axemen kickoff their season February 8, 2015 against the Minnesota Sting on Palace Casino Field at the Sanford Center. Season tickets are now on sale starting as low as $56 each and can be purchased online through www.bemidjiaxemen.com.
