
Aviators Sign Local Talent

BROOKLYN, New York - The Brooklyn Aviators, proud second year member of the Federal Hockey League, announced the signing of forward Chris Ferazzoli to their 2011-12 roster.
"Chris is a very intelligent forward that can make plays with the best of them," said President and Head Coach, Rob Miller. "I' am very excited that he decided to stay home and showcase his talents in front of our fans in Brooklyn."
Ferazzoli, 31, played last season with the Augusta Riverhawks of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL). The Floral Park, NY product skated in 14 games, where he collected three goals and eight assists.
During the 2009-10 campaign, the lefty-shot dressed in 56 contests for the Mississippi Surge (SPHL), scoring 10 goals while registering 50 points, which was sixth most on the team.
